- Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.
- Average processing times will typically be 3-5 business days after an order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- During restocks, promotions and sales, however, processing times may be extended to an average of 5-7 business days after an order is placed.
- Please note: Selecting express shipping at checkout does not impact processing time; your order will still be processed within the usual 3-5 business days.

TRACKING MY ORDER
Every order will be shipped using a trackable number. After an order is processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing the tracking details - please allow up to 24 hours for the information to update.
SHIPMENT CONCERNS
Laud is not liable for packages post-departure from our warehouse; any issues, including damage, loss, or theft, necessitate the customer's direct contact with the shipping company for resolution, encompassing unforeseen circumstances.
ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE
- Route is a shipping insurance fee automatically added to your cart, safeguarding your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- If a customer chooses to remove Route insurance from their cart, they are opting out of insurance coverage for their order. In such cases, Route cannot provide any assistance in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package and your purchase included Route, please initiate a claim using the following link: Route Insurance Claim
- In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package and your purchase DID NOT include Route, please contact the shipping company directly as per our policies, Laud is not liable.
- Please note: Laud does not reimburse the Route Shipping Insurance related to an order in the event of a return.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For international shipping, Laud is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred once the package reaches its delivery destination.
- The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties due on a package upon delivery.
