STARTING A RETURN
The purchaser has 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return through the return portal that is accessible here.
STARTING AN EXCHANGE
At this time, Laud is unable to process exchanges. In the event the purchaser require a different size or color for an item, a return can be initiated for the size/color that was not suitable and a new order will need to be placed with the desired specifications.

To opt for a store credit, choose the "store credit" option during the return process; upon receipt back at Laud's facilities, Laud will then issue a store credit via a gift card to the email associated with the order.
Please note: An $8 fee will be deducted from the store credit issued, reflecting the cost of the return shipping label provided by Laud.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags intact to be accepted for return, and Laud reserves the discretion to determine whether or not to accept the item. In the event that Laud declines acceptance, photo proof will be provided.All returns must be returned in original packaging; in the event that Laud receives a return not in the original packaging, a $6 restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- For domestic returns, shipping cost will be deducted from final refund amount.
- Customers who prefer not to have the shipping cost deducted from their refund may choose to handle the return shipping themselves.
- If a customer returns the package themselves, Laud recommends using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package can be located. Laud is not liable for any issues that may occur during the return shipping.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PACKAGE?
After initiating a return within 7 days of delivery, the purchaser must complete the return within 14 days; failure to do so will render the return void with no refund given. If a return is deemed void, the order will be returned to the purchaser.
Please note that the 14-day return window includes transit time. Customers are responsible for ensuring the package reaches our facilities within this period.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for returning packages to Laud, covering shipping, customs, and related expenses in the event of a return; returns will not be processed until the package is received by Laud, and Laud is not liable for any lost or damaged goods during transit.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND?
Once a package arrives back to our facilities, following an inspection to ensure the return meets our standards - all refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3-7 business days, subject to the processing time of the banking institute.
Please note: Laud does not reimburse the initial shipping fees or the Route Shipping Insurance related to an order.
